THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA to reopen on Broadway in October 2021

The Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera has announced a reopening date of 22 October 2021 at the Majestic Theatre, subject to state approval on health and safety grounds.

Now in its 33rd year, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s hit musical has now been seen by over 18.5 million people and has grossed more than $1.1million on Broadway since its opening.

Directed by Harold Prince and choreographed by Gillian Lynne, the stage show is designed by Maria Bjornson, with lighting by Andrew Bridge, sound by Mick Potter, musical supervision and direction by David Caddick, and orchestrations by David Cullen and Webber.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow (Friday 7 May) at 9am EST.
