Legendary performer Patti LuPone is to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next year, it has been announced.

Last seen performing in the award-winning production of Company on Broadway (in a role that she plans to return to later this year), LuPone is in good company as also receiving stars next year will be Carrie Fisher, Michael B Jordan, Ewan McGregor, Ricky Gervais, and Avril Lavigne to name but a few.

So well deserved!
