The finalists of the Off-West End Awards, or The Offies as its fondly known, have been revealed today, ahead of a digital ceremony next month.

Southwark Playhouse’s production of The Last 5 Years and Rags at the Park Theatre lead the pack with six nominations each. There is also a brand new arm of the awards this year entitled the OnComm Awards, celebrating online achievements during the pandemic, with nominations being revealed soon.

OffWestEnd Director Geoffrey Brown said: “In spite of live theatre being closed for most of 2020, there were still some fantastic shows at the start of the year, and between lockdowns, and OffWestEnd is delighted that we are able to recognise and celebrate the best of this work.”
