Nimax Theatres have announced that they will stage the West End debuts of 23 up-and-coming producers this summer, as part of their four month Rising Stars Festival.

17 productions are to be staged between May and September at Nimax’s six London venues: the Apollo, Duchess, Garrick, Lyric, Palace and Vaudeville theatres.

Support will be given by Nimax in marketing, press and ticketing support, and ensuring that the venue’s are Covid-safe.

The programme includes: Drag Queens of Pop at the Vaudeville Theatre from 17-19 May, produced by David O’Reilly; Cruise at the Duchess Theatre from 18 May-13 June, produced by Katy Lipson for Aria Entertainment alongside Lambert Jackson Productions; Death Drop at the Garrick Theatre from 19 May-11 July, produced by Ameena Hamid, Jamie Chapman Dixon and John-Webb Carter for Carter Dixon Productions; Roles We’ll Never Play at the Vaudeville Theatre on 22 & 23 May, produced by Thomas Duern; and An Evening with Kathy Burke at the Lyric Theatre on 24 May, produced by David O’Reilly.
