New Sherlock Holmes immersive online adventure extends run

The Olivier nominated creators of Alice’s Adventures Underground, Les Enfants Terribles, have today announced that a further three weeks will be added to the run of their innovative and immersive online show, Sherlock Holmes: An Online Adventure “The Case of the Hung Parliament”. Now running from 27 January to 10 March, the online production blurs the lines between theatre and gaming, combining escape room and board games.

The Home Secretary, the Foreign Secretary and the Lord Chamberlain have all been found hanging in their own chambers. Each victim died on their birthday and on that day had received a card with a mysterious quote written in it. But what does this mean? Where’s Sherlock? And what will you do next with 75 minutes left to solve the case before the murderer strikes again?

Suitable for ages 12+, Les Enfants Terribles have partnered with virtual reality company LIVR to utilise the last 15 years’ experience of creating live immersive shows and expanding their repertoire with this online ‘whodunnit’. The production invites audiences, alongside live actors, to follow in the footsteps of the famous detective himself to encounter live performance, immersive 360 technology and over 100 clues to solve.

Audience members can become Baker Street’s finest detective and travel back to Victorian London, delving into the world of Sherlock Holmes where they will have to use their powers of deduction to solve the case before the time runs out by interviewing suspects, reading reports, looking for clues and researching facts.

Tickets are available for public shows and private shows, which can be booked for an entire group, here
