In association with Ameena Hamid Productions, the musical will be directed by Matthew Xia, with choreography by Leah Hill, and musical supervision/orchestrations by Sean Green.

Full casting and creatives will be announced in due course.

The Wiz has a book by William F Brown, with music and lyrics by Charlie Small, Timothy Graphenreed, Harold Wheeler, George Faison and Luther Vandross. It originally opened on Broadway in 1975 and was adapted for the big screen in 1978 starring Diana Ross as Dorothy.
