PS I'm A Terrible Person

Workshop performances have been confirmed for new musical comedy, P.S. I’m A Terrible Person.

Based on real events, the work deals with “addiction and the reality of living with a chronic eating disorder”.

It is the brainchild of Francesca Forristal and Jordan Paul Clarke and is produced by Pint of Wine, a theatre company set up in 2018.

The stellar workshop cast includes Charlotte Vaughan (The Phantom of the Opera), Lewis Cornay (The Book of Mormon), Lottie Johnson (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Piers Bate (Waitress) and Nicole Raquel Dennis (Dear Evan Hansen).

Forristal also appears as Martha Weiss, while India Chadwick, Phoebe Ellabani, Bethany Weaver, Natalie Moore Williams, Ricardo Castro, Kerri Norville, David Birch and Matthew Cavendish make up the rest of the cast.

Directing P.S. I’m A Terrible Person is Ali James, with choreography from Lucie Pankhurst and Joe Bunker as musical director.

Costume designer Zahra Mansouri is joined by sound and video designer Adrian Jeakins, sound designer Max Hunter, illustrator Larisa Bulb and lighting designer Francis Clegg.

Two invite-only dates will showcase the new musical on 22 & 23 October at 7:30pm.

Pint of Wine Theatre’s creative producer, Blake Klein, described the team as “an incredibly smart army of brilliant people at the top of their craft”.

He added: "We are incredibly excited to support the continued development of this bold, new musical.

“In the current climate, it is as important as ever to support actors, writers, designers and technicians, and we are proud that this workshop will feature artistic collaborations not normally seen in a workshopped musical.

“We very much look forward to taking this musical to the next stage through this workshop.”

Pint of Wine is an “innovative theatre company that provides opportunities for artists, technicians and practitioners to push the limits on how theatre should be done”.
