Rob Madge’s My Son’s A Queer (But What Can You Do?) celebrates its 100th performance today and to mark the occasion, it has been announced that the award-winning solo show will extend its stay at the Ambassador’s Theatre until 1 April. 

Celebrating the joy and chaos of raising a queer child, the production premiered two years ago at the Turbine Theatre, enjoyed a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe last year and a run at the Garrick Theatre last autumn. The current run began on 25 January, with tonight being the 100th performance across the four venues. 

Rob Madge said: “I am overjoyed that this show continues to touch people’s hearts. Our hope is that we welcome many more people through the doors at the Ambassadors Theatre and we see them go home with big smiles on their faces, with the world seeming a little bit brighter.”
