Matthew Bourne’s THE CAR MAN to be streamed online from Friday

Matthew Bourne’s The Car Man will stream online via ‘The Shows Must Go On’ Youtube channel from Friday (16 April) at 7pm BST for seven days only.

Based loosely on Bizet’s Carmen, the production was filmed at Sadler’s Wells during the 2015 production and recorded for Sky Arts.

The New Adventures production has music by Terry Davies and Rodion Shchedrin’s Carmen Suite (after Bizet’s Carmen), with direction and choreography by Matthew Bourne, sound by Paul Groothuis, lighting by Chris Davey, and design by Lez Brotherston.
