Marisha Wallace to perform in streamed concert premiere on Thespie

Marisha Wallace will perform in a special livestream concert on 19 December, theatre discovery platform Thespie has announced today.

Star of Dreamgirls and Waitress, Wallace will perform songs from her recently released debut album ‘Tomorrow’, plus musical numbers that hold personal importance from her career on stage and screen. Joining her live at the Jazz Cafe will be special guests, West End powerhouse Kerry Ellis and Claire Richards from dance-pop group, Steps.

Wallace will return to the theatre next year, playing Motormouth Maybelle in Hairspray at the London Coliseum from April 2021. She will then embark on a headline UK tour during Autumn 2021.

Streaming tickets for Marisha Wallace: Live From The Jazz Café are £8 per household ($10 for US purchasers, and other currencies available) and purchasers will have 72 hours to watch. Following the livestream, the concert will be available on demand.
