The actresses playing Donna and the Dynamos in the UK cast of Mamma Mia!, Sara Poyzer (Donna), Helen Anker (Tanya) and Nicky Swift (Rosie), posed outside the 1600-seat Congress Theatre in Eastbourne to celebrate International Women’s Day today (8 March) where the show is currently playing.

This day is of particular significance for Mamma Mia as the show was created by three women – Judy Craymer (Producer/Creator), Phyllida Lloyd (Director) and Catherine Johnson (Writer).

With music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, Mamma Mia! is choreographed by Anthony Van Laast, with design by Mark Thompson, lighting by Howard Harrison, sound by Andrew Bruce and Bobby Aitken, and musical supervision, additional material and arrangements by Martin Koch.
