A new revival of From Here to Eternity – The Musical has been announced for this autumn in a newly revised production at Charing Cross Theatre, running from 29 October to 17 December.

Set against the backdrop of Pearl Harbour in 1941, the musical depicts the affairs of US soldiers stationed in Hawaii as their worlds are dramatically ripped apart forever.

Adapted from the classic novel by James Jones, this powerful musical features lyrics by Tim Rice, music by Stuart Brayson and a book by Bill Oakes, and is directed by Brett Smock (Artistic Director, The Rev Theatre, New York).

The creative team is completed by Nick Barstow (musical direction and orchestrations), Cresside Carré (choreography), Stewart Charlesworth (set and costume design) and Andrew Johnson (sound design).
