Jacqueline Jossa, Matt Jay-Willis & further casting announced to join Brian Conley in A Christmas Carol at Dominion Theatre
An all-star cast has been announced to perform alongside Brian Conley in the new musical staged concert of A Christmas Carol at London’s Dominion Theatre from 7 December 2020 - 2 January 2021.
Winner of I’m A Celebrity…2019 and Eastenders actress Jacqueline Jossa joins the cast as Emily/Ghost of Christmas Future, along with Busted star Matt Jay-Willis who will play Bob Crachit.
Also joining them are acclaimed musical theatre performers: Martin Ellis as Mr Fezziwig, Lucie Jones as The Ghost of Christmas Past, Rebecca Lock as Mrs Crachit, Sandra Marvin as Mrs Fezziwig, Cedric Neal as The Ghost of Christmas Present, Sam Oladeinde as Fred Anderson/Young Scrooge and Jeremy Secomb as Jacob Marley.
TV comedy legend and West End star Brian Conley will lead the cast of over 50 as Ebenezer Scrooge, who will be accompanied onstage by the London Musical Theatre Orchestra.
This version of A Christmas Carol, written by Alan Menken, Lynn Ahrens and Mike Ockrent, originally premiered at New York’s Paramount Theatre in 1994. It then went on to run for a decade at Madison Square Garden, where it was seen by over 5 million people.
Directing the concert will be Shaun Kerrison, with Freddie Tapner (founder of LMTO) as Musical Director, sound by Nick Lidster for Autograph, design by Dora Schweitzer, musical staging by Tim Jackson, lighting by Mike Robertson, projection by George Reeve and Casting by Jim Arnold CDG.
