Jesus Christ Superstar is to be revived in a brand new production at Frinton Summer Theatre from 19 August-4 September.

The show will be presented in a 320-seat marquee next to the sea front.

West End stars Tim Rogers and Hugh Maynard will play Jesus and Judas Iscariot respectively in the production.

Further casting and the creative team will be announced in due course.
