ITV’s MAMMA MIA! I HAVE A DREAM sets initial broadcast date

ITV have revealed that the first episode of upcoming TV competition, Mamma Mia! I Have a Dream, will air on 22 October at 6pm.

The series will be made up of eight episodes where a panel of judges - consisting of Alan Carr, Jessie Ware, Amber Riley and Samantha Barks - conduct a search for two actors to play Sophie and Sky in the West End production of Mamma Mia!.

Predominantly filmed in the Greek islands where the musical is set, the series’ grand finale will be broadcast live from a West End theatre.
