HAMILTON, THE LION KING & WICKED to reopen on Broadway in September 2021

Three of Broadway’s most beloved shows, Hamilton, The Lion King and Wicked, will recommence performances on Broadway from 14 September 2021.

Announced on ABC’s Good Morning America earlier today, these productions have consistently been Broadway’s best-attended shows since they opened; Hamilton six years ago at the Richard Rodgers Theatre, Wicked 17 years ago at the Gershwin Theatre and The Lion King 23 years ago at the Minskoff Theatre. Combined, they have played to 176 million audience members across the globe.
