Further casting announced for WAITRESS return to Broadway

Further casting has been announced for the return of Waitress on Broadway, including original cast member Drew Gehling as Dr Pomatter.

He will join the previously announced Sara Bareilles, who plays Jenna for a limited run from 2 September – 17 October.

Joining them will be Eric Anderson as Cal, Charity Angel Dawson as Becky, Christopher Fitzgerald as Ogie, Caitlin Houlahan as Dawn, Dakin Matthews as Joe and Joe Tippett as Earl; all of whom have previously starred in the show on Broadway.

Ensemble members include Tyrone Davis, Jr., Matt DeAngelis, Andrew Fitch, Henry Gottfried, Molly Jobe, Emily Koch, Max Kumangai, Anastacia McCleskey and Stephanie Torns. Further casting will be revealed in due course.

Waitress has a book by Jessie Nelson, an original score by seven-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles, direction by Tony Award-winner Diane Paulus and choreography by Lorin Latarro.
