Further casting announced for A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC at Buxton Opera House
Further casting has been announced for Stephen Sondheim’s A Little Night Music, ahead of its revival at Buxton Opera House from 8-24 July 2021 as part of Buxton International Festival.
Joining the aforementioned Janie Dee (Desiree), Daniella Sicari (Anne), David Leonard (Fredrik) and Timothy Walton (The Count) will be Gabrielle Drake as Madame Armfeldt, Sarah Ingram as Countess Charlotte Magnum, Matthew McKinney as Henrik Egerman, Molly Lynch as Petra and Julia Mariko Smith as Fredrika Armfeldt.
The Liebeslieder quintet includes Joseph Doody as Mr Erlandson, Rachel Speirs as Mrs Nordstrom, Sarah Prestwidge as Mrs Anderssen, Olivia Tringham as Mrs Segstrom and Emyr Lloyd Jones as Mr Lindquist/Frid.
The piece is directed by Paul Kerryson, with Wyn Davis conducting, design by Phil Daniels and Charles Cusick Smith, lighting by Ben Pickersgill and musical direction by Iwan Davies.
