Full casting announced for THE CHERRY ORCHARD at Theatre Royal Windsor

Full casting has been announced for Anton Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard, running at Theatre Royal Windsor from 1 October-13 November 2021.

Directed by Sean Mathias, Martin Shaw (Lopakhin) and Robert Daws (Pishchik) will join Ian McKellen, Francesca Annis, Ben Allen, Llinos Daniel, Alis Wyn Davies, Ashley D Gayle, Alison Halstead, Nick Howard Brown, Kezrena James, Asif Khan, Lee Knight, McKellen, Missy Malek and Jenny Seagrove in this magnificent comedy drama about a family on the edge of ruin.

Martin Sherman’s adaptation is said to capture the "contemporary feel of the original” and features design by Lee Newby, lighting by Nick Richings, composition and sound by Adam Cork, and costumes by Loren Elstein.
