Full casting for Samuel Bailey's SORRY YOU’RE NOT A WINNER

Paines Plough and Theatre Royal Plymouth have announced full casting for Samuel Bailey’s upcoming new play Sorry, You’re Not A Winner.

The play will be directed by Jesse Jones and will debut at Theatre Royal Plymouth from 24 February where it will play for two weeks before embarking on a UK tour. 

The cast includes Eddie-Joe Robinson as Liam, with Kyle Rowe playing best friend Fletch. West End star Alice Stokoe will play Shannon and Peter O’Toole prizewinner Katja Quist will play Georgia. 

The play tells the story of Liam and Fletch who grew up together, best mates since primary school and virtually inseparable. The only difference between them is whilst Liam was studying Fletch was being suspended. With Liam now off to Oxford, someone needs to keep Fletch out of trouble. 

Sorry, You’re Not A Winner focuses on social mobility and being caught between the classes and looks at what it takes to “make it”. 

The play will also visit Bristol Old Vic and Northern Stage in Newcastle, with further dates to be announced.
