Full casting announced for NEXT TO NORMAL at Donmar Warehouse

The Donmar Warehouse has announced full casting for their production of Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey’s Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical Next To Normal, which plays at the venue from 12 August-7 October.

Joining the previously announced Grammy Award nominee Caissie Levy as Diana Goodman and Trevor Dion Nicholas as Dr Madden/Dr Fine, the cast includes Jack Ofrecio (From Here to Eternity, Charing Cross Theatre) as Henry, Olivier Award winner and Tony Award nominee Jamie Parker (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Southwark Playhouse Elephant) as Dan, Jack Wolfe (The Magician’s Elephant, RSC) as Gabe, and Olivier Award winner and BAFTA nominee Eleanor Worthington-Cox (The Secret Life of Bees, Almeida Theatre) as Natalie.

Next to Normal is an intimate exploration of family and loss. At its heart is Diana Goodman, a suburban wife and mother living with bipolar disorder and haunted by her past. Donmar Artistic Director Michael Longhurst directs the long-awaited UK première of this powerful musical about a far from average family.

The production has musical supervision by Nigel Lilley, with design by Chloe Lamford, lighting by Lee Curran, sound by Tony Gayle, movement direction and choreography by Ann Yee, video design by Tal Rosner, musical direction by Nick Barstow, and casting by Anna Cooper CDG.
