Full cast announced for Jamie Lloyd Company’s MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING at Theatre Royal Drury Lane
The Jamie Lloyd Company has announced the full cast for William Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, which plays at Theatre Royal Drury Lane from 10 February-5 April.
Directed by Jamie Lloyd and starring the previously announced Tom Hiddleston as Benedick and Hayley Atwell as Beatrice, the cast will also include Mara Huf (Childminder, Traverse Theatre) as Hero, Forbes Masson (Farm Hall, West End) as Leonato, Phillip Olagoke (Oklahoma!, West End) as Friar Francis, Mason Alexander Park (Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, West End) as Margaret, James Phoon (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, West End) as Claudio, Tim Steed (Jack Absolute Flies Again, National Theatre) as Don John, Mika Onyx Johnson (As You Like It, Shakespeare’s Globe) as Borachio, and Gerald Kyd (Further Than The Furthest Thing, Young Vic) as Don Pedro.
The production features set and costume design by Soutra Gilmour, lighting by Jon Clark, sound design and composition by Ben and Max Ringham, movement direction by Fabian Aloise, and casting by Stuart Burt CDG;
Much Ado About Nothing is the second production in The Jamie Lloyd Company’s season of Shakespeare at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, which opened with The Tempest starring Sigourney Weaver, currently running until 1 February 2025.
