Full cast for 101 DALMATIANS musical on tour announced
101 Dalmatians has today released the full cast who will be joining previously announced Cruella de Vils Kym Marsh and Faye Tozer touring the UK and Ireland from June.
The cast includes Charles Brunton (Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, UK Tour) as Casper, Victoria Compson-Bradford (Swing), Ross Dorrington (Ensemble), Benjamin Durham (Ensemble), Jessie Elland (Emmerdale, ITV) as Danielle, Benedict Hastings (Ensemble), Danny Hendrix (Whatshername, Orange Tree Theatre) as Jasper, Linford Johnson (The Glee Club, Out of Joint/Stockroom) as Pongo, Lottie Johnson (Ensemble), Rachel Lea-Gray (Ensemble), Tom Norman (Ensemble), Hugo Rolland (Ensemble), Lindo Shinda (Ensemble), Eugene Shire (Swing), Samuel Thomas (Assassins, Chichester Festival Theatre) as Tom, Emma Thornett (Mayflies, York Theatre Royal) as Perdi, and Jasmine Triadi (Ensemble).
The new musical version of Dodie Smith’s classic book, 101 Dalmatians is written by Douglas Hodge (music and lyrics) and Johnny McKnight (book), from a stage adaptation by Zinnie Harris. The production is directed by Bill Buckhurst, with sets designed by David Woodhead, costumes by Sarah Mercadé, choreography by Lucy Hind, musical supervision by Alfonso Casado Trigo, orchestration by Jack Hopkins, puppets design by Jimmy Grimes, lighting by James Whiteside, sound by Chris Whybrow, musical direction by Leigh Stanford Thompson, and casting by Lucy Casson.
After launching in Wimbledon, the production will visit Birmingham, Norwich, Canterbury, Leicester, Manchester, Belfast, Wolverhampton, Newcastle, Southend, Dublin, Liverpool, Milton Keynes, Woking, Cardiff, Southampton, Aberdeen, York, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Oxford and Brighton.
