Full cast announced for Theatre Royal Bath’s Ustinov Studio production of THE TEMPEST

Casting has been announced for The Tempest by William Shakespeare at Theatre Royal Bath’s Ustinov Studio, which will be the first production in Deborah Warner’s inaugural season as Artistic Director of the venue.

The cast includes Dickie Beau (Bohemian Rhapsody, Colette) as Ariel, Gary Sefton (RSC’s Beauty and the Beast, Julius Caesar, The Widowers House) as Stephano, William Chubb (King Lear, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, The Life of Galileo) as Gonzalo, Stephen Kennedy (The Archers, The Birthday Party, Mother Courage and Her Children) as Trinculo, Nicholas Woodeson (The Mirror and the Light, Death of a Salesman, The Audience) as Prospero, Pierro Niel-Mee (Imperium: Parts 1 & 2, Shakespeare in Love, Once Upon a Time in Nazi Occupied Tunisia) as Ferdinand, Edward Hogg (The Pillowman, Loot, Taboo) as Caliban, Derek Hutchinson (Cocktail Sticks, Amadeus, The Doctor’s Dilemma) as Alonso, Tanvi Virmani (Romeo and Juliet, Pride and Prejudice) as Miranda, Natalie Winsor (A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Dirty Dancing, Fame) as Francisca, Finbar Lynch (Not About the Nightingales, The Hothouse, The Fairy Queen) as Antonio, and Luke Mullins (Waiting For Godot, The Maids) as Sebastian.

The creative team also includes designer Christof Hetzer, lighting Designer Jean Kalman and sound designer Mel Mercier.
