Female musical theatre supergroup release single in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Female musical theatre supergroup , WOMAN, have released a new charity single in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Four of musical theatre’s most powerful voices and We Will Rock You alumni (Anna-Jane Casey, Kerry Ellis, Gina Murray and Mazz Murray) have come together to create a storming blues rock version of the 1962 classic, ‘I’m A Woman’, originally made famous by Penny Lee, with Queen’s Brian May accompanying the women on guitar.

May has also produced the single, which aims to support Target Ovarian Cancer and the Caron Keating Foundation.

The new track will be available to download on Friday 23 October, whilst CD and vinyl versions can be pre-ordered here.
