David Bowie and Enda Walsh’s filmed 2016 West End production of Lazarus, starring Michael C Hall, will be streamed online in the New Year, marking Bowie’s birthday and fifth anniversary of his death.

Inspired by Walter Tevis’ novel The Man Who Fell To Earth, Lazarus was directed by Ivo Van Hove and premiered at New York Theatre Workshop in 2015, before transferring to the purpose-built Kings Cross Theatre in London in November 2016.

Hall stars as Thomas Jerome Newton, the character whom Bowie played in the 1976 film adaptation, alongside Sophia Anne Caruso as Girl, Michael Esper as Valentine, Amy Lennox as Elly and Jamie Muscato as Ben.

Lazarus will be streamed via Dice.fm from 8-10 January 2021.
