Casting revealed for HOME’s outdoor revival of A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM

Casting has been announced for HOME’s outdoor revival of Filter’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream in Manchester, playing from 3-26 June.

Karl Queensborough (Hamilton) will play Demetrius, Carla Henry (Queer as Folk) will play Titania, Harry Jardine will reprise his role of Oberon, director Ferdy Roberts will play Puck, with David Judge as Lysander, Misha Duncan-Barry as Helena, and Leah Walker as Hermia. The character of Bottom will be played by a "surprise special guest", and Irish director, comedian, actor, voice actor and jazz musician Ed Gaughan will play Quince.

This production is directed by Sean Holmes and Roberts, with design by Hyemi Shin, and sound/original music by Tom Haines and Chris Branch.

The performance will be staged in the venue’s new outdoor space HOMEground.
