Casting announced for Stephen Sondheim’s final musical HERE WE ARE

Full casting has been revealed for Stephen Sondheim’s final musical Here We Are, which premieres Off-Broadway at the Shed from 28 September for a limited 15-week run.

Inspired by films, The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie and The Exterminating Angel, Here We Are features a score by Sondheim, a book by David Ives, and direction by Joe Mantello.

The cast includes Francois Battiste, Tracie Bennett, Bobby Cannavale, Micaela Diamond, Amber Gray, Jin Ha, Rachel Bay Jones, Denis O’Hare, Steven Pasquale, David Hyde Pierce, and Jeremy Shamos, with understudies Bradley Dean, Adam Harrington, Bligh Voth, Adante Carter, Mehry Eslaminia, and Lindsay Nicole Chambers.

Here We Are features choreography by Sam Pinkleton, with set and costume design by David Zinn, lighting by Natasha Katz, sound by Tom Gibbons, orchestrations by Jonathan Tunick, musical direction and supervision by Alexander Gemignani, and casting by The Telsey Office.
