Casting announced for revival of THE MOUNTAINTOP at Royal Exchange

Casting has been revealed for the upcoming revival of Katori Hall’s The Mountaintop at the Royal Exchange in Manchester, running from 25 September – 27 October 2021.

The piece, which stars Adetomiwa Edun as Dr Martin Luther King Jr and Ntombizodwa Ndlovu as Camae, will mark Co-Artistic Director Roy Alexander Weise's directorial debut at the venue.

This laugh-out-loud, visceral and powerful drama reimagines the eve of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and asks what the makings of a hero are.

Completing the creative team are designer Rajha Shakiry, lighting designer Lizzie Powell, sound designer George Denis, and AV designer Nina Dunn.
