Casting announced for Off-Broadway production of KINKY BOOTS

Casting for the Off-Broadway production of Kinky Boots has been announced, which begins performances at Stage 42 on 26 July, including the UK’s own Danielle Hope as Lauren.

Callum Francis, who starred in the Broadway, Australian, and London production as Lola, will return to the role, alongside Christian Douglas as Charlie Price, Brianna Stoute as Nicola, Sean Steele as Don, and Marcus Neville returning to the role of George from the Broadway production.

Completing the cast are Devin Bowles, Bella Coppola, Nick Drake, Ian Gallagher Fitzgerald, Ryan Halsaver, Matthew Michael Janisse, Lindsay Joan, Kevin Smith Kirkwood, Marty Lauter, Tommy Martinez, Ryah Nixon, Lucas Pastrana, Liz Pearce, Ricky Shroeder, David J. Socolar, Ebrin R. Stanley, Tarion Strong, Ernest T. Williams, and Maria Wirries.

The production will feature direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell, with set design by David Rockwell, costumes by Gregg Barnes, lighting by Kenneth Posner, sound by Gareth Owen, music supervision, arrangements, and orchestrations by Stephen Oremus. Kinky Boots features songs by Cyndi Lauper and a book by Harvey Fierstein.
