Casting announced for stage adaptation of LET THE RIGHT ONE IN at Manchester Royal Exchange

Casting has been announced for Let The Right One In, the cult classic vampire story, which plays at the Manchester Royal Exchange from 22 October-19 November.

Adapted for the stage by Jack Thorne, John Ajvide Lindqvist’s novel tells the story of two teenagers drawn together in a world where the adults are failing them. With one being an isolated teenage boy and the other being a lonely but dangerous vampire, they find salvation in each other in this reflective coming of age story.

Pete MacHale (Yerma, Nottingham Playhouse) will play the role of Oskar, with Rhian Blundell (Vampire Academy, Peacock) as Eli, both making their Royal Exchange debuts.

Completing the cast are Anthony Aje, Daon Broni, Darren Kuppan, Stefan Race, Mercè Ribot, Kyle Rowe and Andrew Sheridan.
