Cast announced for UK tour of THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG
The full cast has been announced for the 2021 UK tour of Mischief Theatre’s The Play That Goes Wrong.
Its fourth UK tour will open at the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury from 13 July, before visiting the Everyman Theatre Cheltenham, Theatre Royal Bath, Exeter Northcott, The Lowry Salford, Theatre Royal Nottingham, Congress Theatre Eastbourne, Orchard Theatre Dartford, Grand Opera House York, New Victoria Theatre Woking, Birmingham Hippodrome, Edinburgh King’s Theatre, Theatre Royal Brighton and Waterside Theatre Aylesbury, with further dates to be announced.
Appearing in the piece will be Tom Babbage (Max), Tom Bulpett (Chris), Seán Carey (Jonathan), Leonard Cook (Robert), Edward Howells (Dennis), April Hughes (Sandra), Laura Kirman (Annie), Gabriel Paul (Trevor), with Katie Hitchcock, Damien James, Edi De Melo and Aisha Numah as understudies.
The touring production is directed by Sean Turner, with set design by Nigel Hook, costumes by Roberto Surace, lighting by Ric Mountjoy and sound by Andrew Johnson.
