Cast announced for the Pitlochry Festival Theatre production of THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS
Pitlochry Festival Theatre have announced the cast for their Mark Powell adapted production of Kenneth Grahame’s classic The Wind in the Willows, which will be performed on the banks of the River Tummel from 2 July–12 September 2021.
The piece will be directed by Pitlochry Festival Theatre’s Artistic Director, Elizabeth Newman and Associate Director, Ben Occhipinti.
The cast will feature Jane McCarry (Still Game) as Badger, Colin McCredie (Taggart) as Toad, Alicia McKenzie (Quality Street) as Mole, Ali Watt (A Christmas Carol) as Ratty, Richard Colvin (Sunshine on Leith) as Weasel, Connor Going (Footloose) as Otter, and Kate Milner-Evans (The Phantom of the Opera) as Rabbit. All other roles will be played by the cast.
The creative team behind the production also includes costume designer Natalie Fern lighting designer Jeanine Byrne, composer and sound designer Ben Occhipinti (who also co-directs), and musical director Richard Colvin.
