Cast announced for HAIRSPRAY at Kilworth House Theatre
Casting has been revealed for Kilworth House Theatre’s upcoming production of Hairspray from 27 June, marking the first outdoor staging of the production in the UK.
The company includes Charlotte-Hannah Jones as Tracy Turnblad, Michael J Batchelor as Edna Turnblad, Steven Serlin as Wilbur Turnblad, Jenny Gayner as Velma Von Tussle, Holly Willock as Amber Von Tussle, Alex Lodge as Link Larkin, Nay-Nay as Seaweed J Stubbs, Ayesha Maynard as Motormouth Maybelle, Liam Doyle as Corny Collins and Biancha Szynal as Penny Pingleton.
They will be joined by Jessica Niles, M-Jae Cleopatra Isaac and Jayme-Lee Zanoncelli as the Dynamites, Eva Phillips as Little Inez, Catherine Morris as Female Authority Figure, and Daniel Page as Male Authority Figure.
Completing the cast are Emma Hunter, Ann-Marie Craine, Madeleine Hargrave, Toby Shellard, Isaac J Lewis, George Lyons, and Luke Buck.
The production is directed and choreographed by Lee Proud, with set & costume design by Paul Farnsworth, lighting by Jason Taylor, sound by Chris Whybrow, musical director & supervision by Michael Bradley, and casting by Anne Vosser.
