Brian Conley to star in Woking 2022 pantomime CINDERELLA

It has been announced today that Brian Conley will be treading the boards at Woking’s New Victoria Theatre this Christmas as Buttons in Cinderella, which runs from 2-31 December.

The comedy legend, who has starred in musical theatre, television, Strictly Come Dancing, and is currently starring in BBC’s Eastenders, will lead the cast in a role he has previously played 18 times!

Conley said: “Panto is a truly magical experience every year, and I can’t wait to bring the magic of Cinderella to Woking audiences this Christmas. It’ll be my first-time doing panto at the New Victoria Theatre, and I can’t wait for what’s in store!”, Woking is in for a treat!”

Cinderella is replacing the previously announced The Pantomime Adventures of Peter Pan.

New Victoria Theatre’s director Simon Thomsett said: “We’re very excited to welcome Brian Conley back to Woking. He has played Buttons in Cinderella all over the UK and we’re so pleased he is joining us this Christmas. We loved him when he came to Woking in 2015 as PT Barnum and in his own stand-up tour. After a wonderfully successful pantomime season last year we’re itching to welcome back audiences for another winter filled with evenings of hilarity, spectacular storytelling and theatre escapism at its finest.”
