BLOOD BROTHERS reveals cast for 2022 Autumn tour

Following a Spring break, Blood Brothers is soon to embark upon the Autumn/Winter leg of its 2022 tour and has now announced its casting.

X Factor finalist Niki Colwell Evans continues as Mrs Johnstone, along with other returning cast members Sean Jones (Mickey), Paula Tappenden (Mrs Lyons), Tim Churchill (Mr Lyons), Carly Burns (Linda), Grace Galloway (Donna Marie/Miss Jones), Josh Capper (Neighbour), Melissa Potts (Brenda), Andy Owens (Perkins), Jacob Yolland (Postman/Bus Conductor) and Nick Wilkes (Policeman/Teacher).

New additions to the cast are Richard Munday, who previously played the role of Mickey in the West End production of Blood Brothers, as Narrator, Jay Worley (Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist) as Eddie and Timothy Lucas (Cilla the Musical) as Sammy.

The tour will reopen on 28 July at the Theatre Royal Windsor, before visiting Belfast, Perth, Milton Keynes, Leeds, Wolverhampton, Sunderland, Stoke, Carlisle, Blackpool, Salford, Liverpool, Dartford, Aylesbury and Cardiff.

Willy Russell’s hit musical features songs including Marilyn Monroe and Tell Me Its Not True and has been seen by thousands across the country. Musical direction for the Autumn run will be by Matt Malone, with sound by Dan Samson, set and costume by Andy Walmsley, and lighting by Nick Richings.
