Award-winning play Baby Reindeer to be adapted into Netflix series

Award-winning play Baby Reindeer by Richard Gadd is to be adapted into an eight-part Netflix series, it has been confirmed.

The production was meant to transfer to the West End, following successful runs at the Edinburgh Fringe and Bush Theatre in 2019, but unfortunately this was halted due to the pandemic. It is hoped that the stage show will return in the future.

Gadd will write and star in the Netflix series, focussing on the emotional and psychological consequences of being stalked.

A release date is yet to be announced.
