Musicals take centre stage this weekend on Sky Arts

After a short hiatus of presenting stage shows on its channel, Sky Arts is back at full throttle this week with plenty for theatre fans to enjoy.

Pavel Cernoch stars as Amleto in Franco Faccio's Hamlet at the 2016 Bregenz Festival in Austria on Thursday 6 May at 6am; the Royal Opera’s Cosi Fan Tutte takes the early 6am slot on Friday 7 May; The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall will be shown at 3.20pm on Saturday 8 May; Elaine Paige stars in Andrew Lloyd Webber's world-famous Cats at 3.15pm on Sunday 9 May; and Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake will be shown on Tuesday 11 May at 7am.
