Almeida Theatre announces full casting for COLD WAR

Full casting has been announced for the stage adaptation of Academy Award-nominated film Cold War, which plays at the Almeida Theatre from 30 November 2023 - 27 January 2024.

Joining the previously announced Anya Chalotra, Elliot Levey and Luke Thallon are Ali Goldsmith (The Burnt City, Punchdrunk), Ryan Goscinski (The Rocky Horror Show, International tour), Elliot Harper (Matilda, RSC/West End), Ediz Mahmut (Roman Holiday, Theatre Royal Bath), Anastasia Martin (Little Women, Park Theatre), Alžbeta Matyšáková (Legally Blonde, Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), Jordan Metcalfe (Jack Absolute Flies Again, National Theatre), Katarina Novkovic (Trade, Pleasance/UK tour), Sophie Maria Wojna (Cabaret, West End) and Alex Young (Standing at the Sky’s Edge, Sheffield Theatres/National Theatre).

Almeida Artistic Director Rupert Goold directs Cold War, featuring music from the original film alongside songs by Grammy Award-winner  Elvis Costello.
