All-star line-up announced for spectacular family pantomime ROBIN HOOD at Theatre Royal Nottingham this Christmas

The Theatre Royal Nottingham has announced its star-studded cast for this year’s pantomime Robin Hood.

The pantomime, which runs from 11 December 2021 - 9 January 2022, will star X Factor winner Matt Terry in the titular role and TV and stage stalwart Matthew Kelly as Dame Tilly Tuck.

I’d Do Anything winner Jodie Prenger will play the Spirit of Sherwood, Tristan Gemmill (recently seen getting rave reviews as the title role in The Bodyguard opposite Beverly Knight and Alexandra Burke) will play the dastardly Sheriff of Nottingham, and dance sensation Flawless - who appeared on Britain’s Got Talent - will play The Merry Men.

Completing the line-up will be talented comedic magician Phil Butler as Silly Billy and ventriloquist Kieran Powell as Alan-a-Dale.

Crossroad Pantomimes, the worlds biggest pantomime producer, are responsible for bringing Robin Hood to the stage. Chief Executive Michael Harrison said: “I am so delighted to be announcing such a brilliant line-up for Robin Hood in Nottingham this year. This is the biggest cast we’ve announced at the city centre venue since our producing partnership began in 2000, and we’re absolutely delighted to be supporting the re-opening season for the venue with such a large-scale and spectacular production.”
