Alice Fearn’s Intermissions returns with special winter edition

Following the success and popularity of its summer edition, Alice Fearn’s Intermissions is set to return with a special Christmas edition on 20 December.

Live streamed from London’s Fiction Studios, the episode will feature performances by West End stars, new graduates, interviews and much more.

As per the previous edition, Kirk Jameson will direct the episode, with accompaniment by Nick Barstow.

Special guests include Samantha Barks (ahead of starring as Elsa in the upcoming West End production of Frozen), Idris Kargbo, Tosh Wanogho-Maud and Emma Lindars.

Fearn said: "Our summer series of Intermissions was a huge emotional lift for me and all of the team working on it. Raising money for charity, showcasing talent both established and emerging, bringing attention to the struggles our industry and its workforce are going through, all whilst bringing back music to our audiences. There was no way we couldn't do a Christmas special and bring some festive joy to our Intermissions viewers. I couldn't be more excited to share this episode and our amazing guests."

Tickets are on sale now for the performance on 20 December at 7pm, which is also repeated the following day at the same time.
